God’s Helping Hand #8

Hello friends! I hope and pray that you are all safe and sound! Let us continue to pray for all who were involved with the tragedy on Tuesday, as well as for our leaders, that they will make the right decisions.

I am sorry this issue is almost a week late!

I have finally done some updating on the webpage. Thank you to all that have signed my guest book. I was so surprised to see how many of you have signed it when I checked the other day! Thanks alot for your words of encouragement.

Thank you very much for your replies Shama, Grace, Flaviu, Kezzia, Sarah, Nicole, Alicia, Laura, Janalin, Annique, and Odelle, and for your introductions, Shama, Grace, Alicia, Laura, Annique, and Odelle.

Our question was:

If there were one question you could ask Jesus, what would it be?

Shama’s answer is:

I would ask Jesus how many times He has sent His angel to take care of me, and help me without me even knowing I was in danger.

*******************************************************************

Grace’s answer is:

If there was one Question I could ask Jesus I would have to say that my question is: To how many people has my Christian walk had a really big effect on? It would be really interesting and uplifting to know.

*******************************************************************

Flaviu’s answer is:

Well, honestly I think we ask enough of Him everyday when we pray to be safe and to have guidance, but really, if I got the chance to sit down face to face with Christ I'd have to ask Him what makes us so important to Him that He had to give His life to save ours?

*******************************************************************

Kezzia’s answer is:

The 1 thing I would ask Him is, Where is my angel friend!

*******************************************************************

Sarah’s answer is:

I would like to Him ask many things, but I think I would most like to ask Him why He did everything for us. When Adam and Eve did the wrong He could have just said forget it, I'll create people who will obey me. But He didn't do that. He stuck in there with us even though most everyone just rejected everything He did. We would not keep trying to save somebody we love after a while but He just kept trying and I think it was really special for Him to do that for us seeing we never deserved it.

*******************************************************************

Nicole’s answer is:

I have many questions I'd ask Jesus. I 'd would ask Him how He felt when creating the first man, and how the many other planets work.

*******************************************************************

Alicia’s answer is:

I think the thing I really want to ask Jesus is: How can you not have a beginning and live forever. That really puzzles me. But I know I cannot understand it now, but that when I get to Heaven I will have it explained. I'm so glad we can ask God any questions, and He will answer! God bless as we all strive to reach the mark.

*******************************************************************

Laura’s answer is:

What would I ask Jesus if I could ask anything? How much fun was it creating all the different kinds of animals in the world?

*******************************************************************

Janalin’s answer is:

I would like to ask Jesus what makes Him love me so much.

*******************************************************************
Annique’s answer is:

I would have to say that I have many things that I wish to ask Him. But the thing that I would ask Him would have to be about the times when He answered my prayers and how He did. I have always wanted to know this. I think that it would be wonderful to hear about the answers to these prayers.

*******************************************************************

Odelle’s answer is:

Well, I would REALLY LOVE to ask Jesus about when I had a close call and He saved me, and also to ask Him about the times when He has answered my prayers and how, and ALL the information about creation, and why He thought about making this earth, and what He thought about it being so different to what He had intended for it.

Editor’s Note:

Thank you all for your answers! I think that I would like to know, similarly to Grace, the effect my life has on others, as well as the times I have been protected, especially when I didn't even know there was danger!

An introduction…

Hi! My name is Shama Eller. I am 13, and am the youngest of 5 kids (2 boys, and 3 girls). I was homeschooled till 5th grade, then went to church school from 5th through 7th grade, and I am being homeschooled for the 1st semester of my 8th grade year. I live in Montana during the summer, and Georgia during the winter. I love little children and animals. We have 4 sheltie dogs, 2 cats, 1 parakeet, a donkey, and 10 horses (we will probably sell some of the horses soon). I play the violin, piano, and a little bit of clarinet.

Another introduction…

Hi my name is Grace Wilson and I'm fifteen years old. I live in a house with ten people, that includes me. I have gone to Church ever since I was three and a half, so I've grown up hearing about the Lord Jesus. But it was not until last year that I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal friend and Savior. In the past year I have grown closer to Him and some times when I feel really lonely I know that He is there right with me and then I don't feel alone. You don't have to wait till your older then fifteen to accept Jesus in to your heart. You can do it now and you will see and feel a change. So will others around you. I'm really glad I invited Him in to my life and heart.
