The Rainbow
When the rainbow's in the sky,
It tells us that our Lord is nigh.
He'll never leave or forsake us;
While we trust him nothing can shake us.
When the rainbow's in the clouds,
It tells us to resist our doubts.
It tells us we should never fear,
But always remember our Savor's near.
When God sets the rainbow in the heavens
It should remind us of what He's given--
How He sent us His son
To die for crimes we have done.
When the rainbow's up above,
Take the time to show God love;
Praise the Lord for His salvation,
And the hope of redemption.
