Dear GHH readers, below is a testimony about God's providence in my life.

When working in secular business I realized that people need to know about the health principles and laws that govern our bodies. In so doing, they would have minds more capable of appreciating spiritual things. God has implanted a conviction in my heart to serve Him in His ministry.

Around this time I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, as you may already know. I didn't want to work anymore in the secular business. It was because I couldn't get any satisfaction in this kind of work. I felt very unhappy, but I couldn't understand why, or and what was happening within my heart.

A few months before my facial palsy I finished my job since it was worse every day. The doctors told me that they could not do anymore for me.

Now I was without good health, without a job, and also very sad because my mother had a lot of trouble. These moments were very difficult for me. Then I prayed to God, saying: "Father, I don't know what to do. I'm feeling your call in my heart to serve You, but I don't know where to go. Oh Father, show me the way. I know that your promises are true..."

I tried myself to find a way to go, but my strength was in vain. I said within my heart: "Oh Lord, your Holy Word says: 'I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go. I will guide thee with mine eye.' (Psalm 32:8) Your promises are my only hope."

I don't know how I became a member of GHH, I only remember that I began to receive messages from this Christian Community last year. I have understood that God has a lot of ways to answer our prayers. "O depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! (Romans 11:33)

In January I sent an email to GHH, a prayer request for my health and my mother. After a few days I received many letters from brothers and sisters in Christ. They have written saying that they will pray for me, and I have also received many counsels for my heath. So, I want to say thank you to everyone, because their counsel and prayer has been very helpfully to me.

I have met many friends through GHH. One is Mr. Eugene Prewitt. Through him I had the opportunity to learn about CEC (the College of Evangelism and Canvassing). I understand that in this place I can learn to work and study to serve the Lord. "Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." (Psalm 37:4)

Now I praise God, since I have understood that God answers our prayers. "Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me." (Psalm 66:20)

[Now I'm praying for success at the American Embassy, to recover the smile in my face, and for my mother to receive the Lord totally in her heart. I know that He is hearing our prayer. Again I want to thank everyone for your prayers. "Who remembered us in our low state: for his mercy endureth for ever. (Psalm 136:23)]

Your Brother in Christ,
