| God’s Helping Hand began in 1998 on a borrowed computer and from the scrolling quote above it was named. A periodical was sent out about once a month that included an editorial, story(s), Bible study, puzzle, nature lesson, recipe, and poem among other things. For the first couple of years there were an average of twenty subscribers but in late 2000 there were not enough to continue. Members were very disappointed until someone suggested that GHH go on-line. And so it did. From that disappointment God opened up a whole new avenue! Things quickly blossomed and in the fall of 2001 a Yahoo! Group was formed. In the spring of 2002 this web site was created thanks to a GHH member. Today, we are a vibrant and growing body of believers dedicated to being God’s Helping Hand.
